Winter is a time for stillness, breathing deeply into the quiet, and listening with our hearts. Robert Hitz and Rev. Michele Synegal will lead Winter GRACE Retreats. 

Built on the acronym of GRACE (Gratitude, Reverence, Awe, Connection and Enthusiasm), Robert will first lead us into the stillness of winter with breathwork and meditations that focus on each of the leements of GRACE. Michele will guide us further to listen to our hearts, then to journal from a heart-centered place. After participants share their written reflections, Robert will musically improvise a personal piano piece of each participant inspired by their story. 

This one-day retreat is designed to open our hearts and clear the way for the coming spring. Join us for a special day of GRACE. 

Classifaclly-trained pianist, composer, and improviser Robert Hitz and Rev. Michele K. Synegal, life coach, spiritual counselor and author have teamed up to deliver a transformational workshop.
